Their products are not suitable for people with RP. I purchased the IrisVision Inspire in May this year and it was worse than useless. I could see better without the device and it was a huge disappointment to me. What was even more disappointing was their unwillingness to refund my money. I've had to dispute the payment with my bank and IrisVision have challenged my claim. They also contacted me during the chargeback process and tried to convince me they had one the case. IrisVision are selling people with RP, false hope and refusing to refund your hard earned money.

I got my first Seeing Eye Dog Thomas around the time this video was made. He was such a beautiful dog with a great personality, and very cheeky lol. He retired 8 months ago and is now with a lovely family living it up as a pet. I would just like to say thank you to Thomas’s puppy carers for contributing to him being the wonderful dog he is, and thank you to Seeing Eye Dogs for matching him with me all those years ago. And finally thank you Thomas for your service over the years my friend. ❤️ And thank you to Seeing Eye Dogs again for matching me with his successor Ollie. He too is a beautiful dog, and although he is a different dog to Thomas, because he is a black lab like Thomas, looking at him sometimes reminds me of him and brings back memories of Thomas. ❤️

These people are spectacular, truly spectacular, I couldn’t imagine being in their position and yet for them it’s just another part of life and they continue on best they can despite the difficulty. This is a brilliant concept for a kettle. I do not currently have a visual impairment but there are times in my daily life when lifting a kettle is difficult or I find myself trying to pour a cuppa in the dark. I never knew this kettle existed. Or the little orange cup gadget. Your tips are extremely practical and helpful. Thankyou for providing this information.

This is a very worthwhile presentation.it has given me some great ideas on how to manage my household and its environs.I already use a fair bit of home things including talking kitchen measuring scales, talking weighing scales, Thermo, blood pressure monitor, liquid level, light detector and a whole swave of home assistant speakers.I also appreciate the quality of the sound on the video presentation. Unfortunately, during lock downs, many organisation used low quality microphones or recording systems. The quality here is good for those with moderate hearing problems like myself. Thanks to VA.

The information in the video is clearly helpful and almost concise. Might I make a couple of reference points to consider when doing these types of videos. First, reduce or get rid of the background music. The mixing has the music too loud, especially for people with hearing losss who are attempting to hear the details and the music gets in the way. These are great short videos and we as a user group really dont need this background entertainment.David Woodbridge’s podcasts never have background music as the info is great and his delivery is great. My second point is that even with Covid and working from home requirements over the past two years, participants like Caitlin should not be phoning in her contribution. iPhones are of such a high quality now that a home based phone recording can be made and sent in online or via DropBox. These recordings are of moderately high quality, much better than the quality experienced here. I think that these options are reasonable and I do not wish to reflect on the commitment of VA and its staff, just use the better available quality and take care to make the sound output as clear and professional as possible.
